South AfricaSorry for the delay everyone, but I finally have pics everyone was asking for from South Africa!! My boyfriend and I traveled to South Africa for him to teach 7 seminars of 3 hrs each and 30 privates at a half an hour each… we were only there for 10 days, so when he wasn’t working… we ate, slept… and saw some sights!

I can't believe I got to chill with penguins on the beach and that they didn't mind how close I got :) There are signs in the parking lots to look under your car for penguins because they have been known to hide from the sun and some have gotten run over! :( sad day penguins!

I’ve been training in tissu/fabric/silk more and more, and I really enjoy both it’s strength training ability as well as it’s therapeutic value. It’s also really rewarding to find myself being able to do more tricks with ease and make them look more effortless than ever before. I honestly think that people should embark on a new hobby that challenges their normal activity and can better them in anyway.
